History
In 2009, in the context of the Asian crisis and after years of experience in important law firms in Chile and abroad, the lawyer from the Universidad Católica, Andrés Chirgwin, decided to pursue an innovative legal proposal. The goal was to offer international-level legal services, focusing on large foreign multinational companies and providing them with the same level of service they expected in the major capitals of the world.
In 2012, Hernán Peñafiel, a lawyer from the Universidad de Chile and an experienced attorney from the Council of Defense of the State, joined the firm as a partner. His experience and national and international recognition strengthened the firm’s litigation and arbitration area.
Our commitment to excellence and the dedication of the team led us to develop alongside the country, achieving constant organic growth and joining important international networks of professionals.
At the beginning of this decade, when Chile faced critical challenges, we responded swiftly by embracing digital transformation. We implemented cutting-edge connectivity, flexible organizational structures, and advanced technological tools, enabling us to provide high-quality services remotely and then in a hybrid model.
