He specializes in mining law and water law, including mining title studies, due diligence processes in mining, all types of mining litigation, mining concessions for exploration and exploitation, oppositions to the constitution of mining rights, annulment of mining concessions, mining easements, and the control, maintenance, and supervision of mining properties. He has been responsible for the establishment, protection, maintenance, and defense of water rights, requests for authorization to explore groundwater, oppositions, reconsiderations, and claims. He has also advised on the drafting and interpretation of mining, commercial, and civil contracts, as well as the analysis of various legal matters related to mining and water rights, and has participated in the presentation of Environmental Impact Studies and Declarations.
