He has been responsible for the establishment, protection, maintenance, and defense of water rights, requests for authorization to explore groundwater, oppositions, reconsiderations, and claims. He has also advised on the drafting and interpretation of mining, commercial, and civil contracts, as well as the analysis of various legal matters related to mining and water rights, and has participated in the presentation of Environmental Impact Studies and Declarations.
