Débora is a lawyer, graduated from the "Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul - UFRGS" in Porto Alegre, Brazil, in 2018, with a specialization in Public Law from the "Fundação Escola Superior do Ministério Público - FMP." She is a partner at Brasil & Gonzaga Sociedade de Advogados, a boutique law firm in Brazil, where she specializes in Civil, Corporate, Consumer, and Public Law.

In February 2022, she moved to Chile to provide advice to Brazilian companies and investors with interests in Chile, as well as to Chileans with investment interests in Brazil. She is also a specialist in Global Mobility, offering advice on immigration procedures in Chile. She completed the course "Immigration Legislation and Hiring of Foreign Workers" at the Faculty of Law of the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile - UC.
