Chirgwin Adds Two Junior Associates and a Law Clerk to Reinforce Its Commitment to Chile

Nathalie San Martín and Isidora Mouras join the firm as junior associates, while Benjamín Puvogel joins as a law clerk. These appointments strengthen the Corporate Practice and align with the firm’s strategy of growth, specialization, and the responsible adoption of artificial intelligence.

SANTIAGO, AUGUST 2026

In a context marked by the need to reactivate investment and respond to an increasingly demanding legal market, Chirgwin announced the addition of three new team members. Nathalie San Martín and Isidora Mouras join the firm as junior associates in the Corporate Practice, alongside Benjamín Puvogel, who joins as a law clerk.

These appointments are part of the firm’s strategy to strengthen its practice amid the country’s emerging economic and investment recovery. The arrival of these young professionals, who will reinforce the firm’s Corporate Practice, is intended to deepen its teams and strengthen client relationships.

As part of their integration, all three professionals will receive training in the application of artificial intelligence to legal practice. The objective is to use these tools to support legal analysis, efficiency, and knowledge management, while maintaining professional judgment and personalized attention as core service principles.

Nathalie San Martín

Junior Associate | Corporate Practice

Law graduate from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, with a concentration in Public Law. She completed a summer internship at Chirgwin in 2024 and is fluent in Spanish and English.

Isidora Mouras

Junior Associate | Corporate Practice

Law graduate from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. She complemented her education through an academic exchange program at Newcastle University in the United Kingdom and an internship at the Supreme Court of Chile.

Benjamín Puvogel

Law Clerk | Corporate and Business

Fifth-year law student at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. He began as an intern at Chirgwin and subsequently joined the firm as a law clerk. He completed internships at the Chilean State Defense Council, Chirgwin, and Della Maggiora & Eyzaguirre. He also served as a teaching assistant with PUC’s Law, Science and Technology team.

With these appointments, Chirgwin continues to strengthen its corporate practice and consolidate a strategy based on talent, specialization, and technology, in line with its commitment to Chile and to supporting initiatives capable of driving the country’s economic and productive development.
