Raquel Frattini

International Associate

Brazilian lawyer, from the Pontificia Católica Universidade de Campinas - São Paulo. Raquel specialized in Civil Procedural Law at the Salesian University - UNISAL, after having defended a thesis on Virtual Credit Titles. She worked first as an associate and then as a partner of D. Marin Sociedade de Advogados (Campinas, São Paulo), specializing in credit recovery and insolvency law.

With residence in Chile since 2013 and her attorney degree validated before the Chilean Supreme Court, she acts as our firm's Brazilian Desk and International Associate, giving special support to Brazilian clients with business in Chile and Chilean clients with business in Brazil.

She specializes in legal marketing and consultative sales, providing training to professionals in the legal area. She is Director of Managerial Competence in  Brazil / Chile chapter and is also the leader of the Women's Group of Brazil, Santiago.
