Intangible Assets Protection Practice Area Launched

Framed in the organic growth of our firm, we inaugurated a new practice area, Protection of Intangible Assets; which will be led by our latest addition, Ignacio Álamos Domínguez.

The Intangible Assets Protection area aims to advise clients on the protection of intangible or incorporeal assets in the various instances that could be violated, transforming us into strategic and commercial partners for asset preservation.

Ignacio Álamos Domínguez is a lawyer from the Universidad de Los Andes (2014) and has degrees in Industrial and Intellectual Property (2019) and Law in Artificial Intelligence (2022), both at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. He joins Chirgwin as a Senior Associate and will take over as Key Contact for the area.

The Key Contact of the new Intangible Assets Protection practice area tells about the objectives and the work that he will have, focused mainly on assistance and strategy development with our clients.

“It is the evolution of the area of technology, innovation, and data and the area of trademarks and patents”, he commented, in the video that you can see below.
