REMOTE WORK LAW – Electronic registration of remote work agreements

Hoping that you are well, we write to you to inform you that, in relation to Law No. 21,220, which “Modifies the Labor Code on remote work”, as of July 1 of this year it becomes enforceable the obligation to deed and register remote work agreements. The employer must register said agreement electronically with the Dirección del Trabajo, which, in turn, will send a copy of said registration to the Superintendencia de Seguridad Social and to the insurance administrator body of law No. 16,744 to which the employing entity is subscripted.

This electronic remote work registration system has been available since last Monday, July 6 at the following link: In this link, it is possible to find an Excel spreadsheet that you must complete, which includes an explanatory glossary of filling. Once the form is completed, you must send it to the email: and with this the process will be completed.
